Jean Pierre Guillaume, Piano and Organ
Boogie blues pianist widely recognized in France following his performances at festivals and various stages.
He brings a swing to magneficant Dr Pickup band and a left hand from burning hell on the shuffles.
A devout disciple of Champion Jack Dupree, Professor Longhair, Fats Domino, Big Joe Turner, Otis Spann,
Sunnyland Slim, Albert Ammons, Pete Johnson, Sammy Price, Lloyd Glenn, Meade Lux Lewis, Leroy Carr,
Pinetop Perkins, Blind John Davis, Detroit Junior Little Brother Montgomery, Snooks Eaglin and Willie Smith.
Jean Pierre is also a professor of music.

He joined the band mid 2009, and after a very heavy concert schedule had to take a leave of absence
but continues to perform at least once a month with the band.
